Dispatch Timelines
Papstik Labeling Solutions LLP maintains ready stock for most standard label products. All regular orders are dispatched the same working day, provided the order is received before 2:00 PM IST on a business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
Only customized or made-to-order products (if specified on the product page) may require up to 7–10 working days for production and dispatch.
For orders containing multiple products, the dispatch timeline of the item with the longest lead time will apply, so that all items are shipped together.
For bulk or high-value orders exceeding ₹1,00,000, the dispatch schedule will be reviewed and confirmed individually.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery across India typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location and the logistics provider’s service area.
Hence, the overall delivery window (from order confirmation to delivery) is generally 2–8 working days for ready-stock products.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped from our Bhiwandi, Maharashtra facility via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, Gati KWE, DTDC, SafeEx, or equivalent services.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If the delivery fails after the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us, and reshipping will incur additional charges.
Papstik is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural events, or incomplete address details.
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and email are accurate for smooth delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately at info@papstik.com.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers receive an email notification with courier details and a tracking number.
You can also track your shipment directly via the “Track Order” link on our website footer.
Partial Cancellations and Shipping Fees
Partial cancellations (before dispatch) may incur additional shipping charges on the remaining items.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-business days and excluded from standard dispatch timelines.
