Order Cancellation Policy

At Papstik Labeling Solutions LLP, most of our products are custom-made to client specifications. To ensure smooth workflow and avoid wastage, we follow the cancellation guidelines below:


1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation and before production starts without any cancellation fee.

  • After 24 hours or once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.


2. Design/Proof Approval Stage

  • If you cancel before approving the final design proof, a nominal design/service fee may apply to cover our preparation costs.

  • Once you approve the final proof, the order automatically moves into production and cannot be cancelled.


3. Special & Urgent Orders

  • Rush orders or priority orders may enter production immediately after confirmation, leaving no cancellation window.

  • Customers will be informed if their order qualifies as a rush order before payment.


4. How to Request a Cancellation

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Refunds are not applicable if production has already started.
