Refund Policy for Papstik Labeling Solutions LLP
At Papstik, we are committed to ensuring you receive products of the highest quality. Each item undergoes multiple rounds of quality checks before shipment to ensure it is in top-notch condition.
Important Note:
We encourage our customers to carefully study the product dimensions and specifications before making a purchase. This will help you avoid situations where a label may not be the correct size for your application, printer, or core. We will not be able to offer returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered product sizes.
Your purchase is eligible for a refund only if it meets the following conditions:
- Manufacturing or Quality Defect: If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect that occurred prior to you receiving the product. Please photograph this defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Incorrect Product: If the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the item in your order confirmation.
How to Request a Refund:
If your purchase meets the refund criteria, please contact our customer care team within 15 working days of delivery with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for the refund, and in the case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
Refund Processing:
- Once your refund request is received along with proof and the reason for the refund, we will send you an acknowledgment email.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after verifying the manufacturing defect at our end.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval.
- Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
- We do not entertain a ‘change of heart’ return/exchange policy.
- We do not offer refunds on any discounted/sale items.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-5 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will only accept damaged items with a manufacturing defect that happened prior to receiving the product.
